Screen Printing Manager

This role will be responsible for the company’s screen room needs while working within a small team environment. Shifts are Monday-Friday anywhere from or between 8AM-7PM with occasional overtime. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Screen print apparel and accessories.
Print items with the correct logo and colors noted on the work order.
Observe printing operation to detect defects in art, screens, final product.
Clean and fold printed items as needed.
Perform post production quality control.
Operate a Lawson 6 color manual or a M&R 8 color auto.
Daily maintenance includes oiling, control lint/dust build up, and organize work area.
Maintain an error rate of 3% or less per month (damage or over runs).
Maintain a production level (set up driven)
REQUIREMENTS:

High School diploma or GED
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a warehouse/production environment
An eye for detail and quality control
Experience Screen Printing apparel and accessories
Experience operating machines
Ability to work in varied temperatures
Ability to stand/walk all day and lift up to 50 lbs.

Salary: $16.00 - $22.00 /hour depending experience to start
