Dry your screens securely in the 10 screen Dri-Vault by Vastex. Variable heat and powered air flow can have your screens ready for exposure, in as little as 20 minutes! The Dri-Vault's light tight design prevents screen exposure, and angled shelves prevent emulsion from sticking to the shelf. Its easily replaceable filter keeps dust and other contaminants away from your screens. It also serves as the perfect base for an E-1000 or E-2000 Exposure Unit.

The Vastex Registration System (VRS) is an ultra-fast and -accurate pin registration system that enables anyone to locate positives onto the screens off-press — then locate the screens onto any rear clamp screen printing press with all colors in register — in 4 easy steps:
1. Attach your positives to setup sheets in register, using the alignment grid/pinboard
2. Locate and attach your positives in register to your screens using a Vastex pin board with screen stops
3. Burn all your screens on any exposure unit in register
4. Locate and clamp each screen onto your press in register using the Vastex pallet jig and its corresponding screen stops — ready to print in less than 3 minutes per screen!

Vastex Curing Unit: ($4970)

The LittleRed X1D-30 with a 30 in. (76 cm) wide conveyor belt features a 24 in. (61 cm) wide heater and can dry Digital White Ink at rates up to 29 pieces per hour at 2 minutes dwell time, or up to 65 garments/hr with water-based ink or discharge, and cure up to 150 garments per hour with plastisol ink.
It eliminates the flattened, ironed-on appearance and halo associated with heat pressing of printed images, and relegates the heat press to flattening of raised fibers prior to printing with a one second 'touch' per garment.
As standard it is equipped with features found on the company's larger DTG capable dryers including adjustable belt-to-heater clearance to accommodate bulky items, a dual digital PID temperature controller accurate to +/- 1°F, and an X-Series conveyor belt roller tracking system with PTFE coated fiberglass belt. A powered exhaust removes moisture and air contaminants, while cooling the housing and controls.
