I agree with the book recommendation. Also, check out youtube and search for RJennings. He has done several videos on screen printing that are worth watching.

Have a great day! :)

Your right on there Nathan...RJennings has some very good instructionals for someone wanting the basics. I had forgot about them. I also believe he has some DVD's on the Jennings web site.
Hope we helped ya TBIRD.....

At the edge of dreams lay the far-flung ideals of true creation.

There is Roger Jennings and there are also now some absolutely brilliant tutorials from Ryonet (Silkscreensupplies.com). Do a search for 'Ryonet' on Youtube and have a look at all their video's. They take you through using photo-emulsion, exposing, printing single colour, printing multiple colours, creating simple artwork separations, setting up a press, washing out, production printing and more. I'm very grateful to these folks for putting all this information on Youtube; I found it to be very clear and informative. In all they have 45 short, high quality tutorials on Youtube. If you are new to screenprinting, as I am myself, I would highly recommend them.
