SHAIR-4835-20 Forced Air/Infrared Conveyor Dryer

The Black Body SHAIR-4835-20 Conveyor Dryer is composed of 20’ of
convection/Infrared heating followed by an 8’ Cooling Chamber.
The Heating Chamber is constructed with fourteen (14) rows of
infrared heaters divided into three (3) zones. ZONE 1 controls the
first six (6) rows of heaters. ZONE 2 controls the following four (4)
rows and ZONE 3 controls the final four (4) rows of heaters. The
conveyor belt speed is set in MM:SS, defined as time traveling
through the Heating Chamber and does not include time in
Cooling Chamber.
The oven was custom built for waterbased inks - however you can cure a wide rage of inks with this including DTG, Silicon & Plastisol. It has had very light use. More information available upon request.
