Sign Company for Sale

I am selling my busy sign company located in Central Virginia. It's in a prime location on a road with over 55,000 cars a day going past it. Low rent with all utilities included. I will train if needed and will stay on board with you for awhile to help you get adjusted. Also I will restock all low inventory for you. Included is the office, warehouse and showroom. It has a shared lobby and two bathrooms, plus a storage closet, water fountain and private entrance.

I have about a 80% repeat customer base, other sign shops and print/graphics companies sub work out to me. I do work for the University of Virginia, and many contracts such as Wells Fargo, Brooks Brothers, etc. The business has doubled in sales every year. It keeps growing and I barely advertised. I am on the list of preferred vendors for a real estate company. I have an A+ name and brand in the community. eVA registered, DMBE registered, SwaM certified and BBB accredited.
