Sincerity is very important for business

When I felt that I would lost a customer because of my limited english level, the customer came back to me today! In his word"I must say something Vicky, if it weren't for you I probably wouldn't send more designs :)" , which meant a lot to me!

Yes, I always be sincerely to all of my customers. No matter he could send us 10 designs every day or just one design every month! I think intentioned customers could feel that.

I think sincerity is very important for business! I don't like someone who could provide big orders or who could provide quality goods, feel that they are god, and then they underestimate their partners. Business need credit, fair, sincerity, quality, and understanding with each other.

I really feel very appreciated with this customer. Thank you for giving me the chance, thank you for your kindly understanding to me! What all I can do is always provide good service to you! We can get long-term relationship!
