Hello, I do not know a whole lot about this machine but I will tell you everything I know.
The machine is about a 1998. I bought it last year from a lady who had upgraded to a 6 head machine and no longer needed it. We are selling it because we sold our house and the machine is too big to take with us to an apartment. It has never given me any problems, it runs great. The way that the machine works is by a 3.5" floppy disk and runs on a tajima format. You format the disk on the computer that is with the machine. Then you take the disk to the computer that has your embroidery software on it, load the design on the floppy disk and then put it into the floppy disk drive. It will pull up on the screen, you send it over to the embroidery machine, load your thread colors and sew it out.
It does have numerous different fonts on the machine and has a few designs.
