Single head 12 needle Haina Embroidery Maching

I have a 12 needle, single head Haina embroidery machine. This uses floppy disc and runs on 220V. This sews, but when it trims you get an error code. I had a tech briefly look at it when he was doing maintenance on my other machines, and he thought the encoder could be bad. I do have the parts book and manual. When I looked up the part, is it actually an swf part. I do have used one on the way, but Dont plan on installing it. I don't know alot about this machine. I think it is a 2010 based on numbers on back, but not 100% sure.
I have the hat driver(needs mounting screws) and 1 hat hoop. No gauge.This will not come with any tubular hoops, but will take tajima as I put one in the arms just fine.
Buyer to either pick up or have a professional crate and ship. I will not be responsible for any potential damage.
