small screen printing business for sale - 4/4 RH manual press and all equipment

United States

Asking $3000 - Selling small/medium screen printing business. We are moving and we can no longer provide the time or space for this side-business. We are the first and only owners of the equipment and everything needed to run a screen printing business is here. My goal is to sell the equipment and dissolve the business LLC but if you would like the entire business (website, balance sheets, income statements, tax documentation), that can be discussed.

We have the original invoices for this equipment; my asking price is less than 1/2 of the equipment cost alone. Equipment included in this business:

- Riley Hopkins Press (4 color/4 station, joystick registration)
- BBC Flash Dryer (18x18, 18.5 Amp)
- Exposure Unit (25"x36")
- Rolling Aluminum Screen Rack with 19 aluminum screens (156 and 110 mesh counts)
- Blackline Washout Booth
- Karcher 2.55 Pressure Washer
- Epson 1400 BLACKMAX All Black Output System including license for Accurip RIP software, printing films
- Plastisol Ink, 1/2 quart emlusion and associated chemicals (screen wash, emulsion removal, platen tack spray, degreaser, dehazer, SR-97 ink remover, blockout)
- Spot Cleaning Gun Model 9800B
- 8 squeegees, emlusion scoop coater, 4 ink scoops
- 20 Amp, 50' extension cord
- Approximately 100 tshirt blanks (black, red, grey and white). Gildan 5000 and some others in the 3 box lot of shirt blanks.

Also included:

- current and past customer lists, pricing models and all prior invoices.
- details of current relationship with tshirt wholesaler
- all vector designs (pdf or .ai files)

Will deliver within 200 mile radius of Ames, IA for the right buyer. Will also provide basic training for the right buyer (screen preparation, registration, printing techniques, equipment setup).

would you consider shipping to california

It would not be desirable and only as a last resort. I have 2 local parties interested and a showing tomorrow afternoon. If both parties are not interested, I'll reach out to you on a potential compromise.

how many screens you got with this setup... can the press hold 23 x 31's whats the biggest screen it will hold... is it possible to do full front prints on this press if the nec. conversions are made...... what is your bottom dollar?

I have 19 aluminum screens with this setup - about 50/50 110 and 156 mesh.

As for my press' capabilities, I simply don't know until I get home and do the measuring and research. I was the company financier, not the man doing the printing unless a rush job came in. I'll reply when I have the other answers if-possible.
