I am new to the embroidery world, but i am an avid sewer.
We purchased a singer futura 100 for the company i work for so that i could put logos on the uniforms. THe problem i am coming into is that i just assumed the machine i purchased off of ebay would be able to either a draw out my design or b digitize my design. After hours of frusteration i need to purchase this software through singer for 200.00. What my question is: is there a program that will work with my machine that may be better (hopefully cheaper) that the singer software, or is there somewhere online that people share their software that i could down load? I know you ussually can't get anything good for free so i doubt the latter. if you could please send some light my way!!!

Why dont you have someone digitize your design for you in the format that singer takes? There are many digitizers online. You can possibly download some trial versions of digitizing software, but then you have to learn how to use it. I would pay someone.
