Spirit Yard Sign Business in West Houston

I am selling my spirit yard sign business that I have built over the last 6 or 7 years. I cater to a couple local high schools in the immediate area but due to the amount of travel I do with my regular job, I need to pass this business along to someone else that has the time to handle it. Included in the sale is the CNC machine I use to cut all the signs along with all the art and cut files I use with the business. In addition, I will teach the new owner everything they need to know about running the business and also make introductions to all my contacts at each of my schools.

I sell each one of my signs for $130 to $150 each and sell between 50 and 100 signs a year. The price for this business can almost be covered in one years worth of sales with plenty of room to grow. I currently only do signs for 2 high schools and there are about 15 within 10 miles of my current location. As I write this listing I have 5 outstanding orders for signs so this business will generate revenue the moment you take it over.
