tajima is beeping?

I have a tajima - tehx c1501 single head - switched to hat frame - while setting up job and testing job, saw design wasn't rotated, stopped, attempted to go back to origin and machine has simply stopped - will not respond to any buttons, reboots, etc. and continues to 'beep'..... I have never seen this and am finding NO INFORMATION whatsoever on what why or how this is happening or what to do.

I am new to this site - and ANY feedback would be helpful. Thank you in advance.
