Tajima Error 3A2

Hi,
I am not sure if this is the right place to ask this question but I was hoping someone might be able to share their experience.

I am getting the following error:
3A2: Thread trimming output time exceeded -- Check/replace joint card

This happens after the first trimming in the design.

Any help/advice is welcome. Thank you

Sure its not a 3A6? What model Tajima?
