Tajima Error code d-1.08

does anyone know what this means. When I first turn on the machine it gives me an error code that reads: d-1.08. any help would be greatly appreciated.

If memory serves me right, this is some kind of reader error. What kind of Tajima do you have? Year/Model?

is not an error.
IMM and IDM cards don t communicate.
maybe one is broken.
did you had before 3D1 or 3D2 error?
verify IDM and IMM battery.
verify the cable between IDM and IMM card
you can try to take off IMM card,disconnect the battery,take off the PROM, wait 30 minutes and put back PROM,battery and IMM card.
i hope you know the machine parameters values if is necessary to set again.

I have a problem too - my machine turns on but the screen is blank and the machine keeps beeping. Help!

Check IDM &IMM card battery.
Clean with dry contact spray cleaner and compress air, the connectors cable between IDM &IMM cards

Take off the power and wait 5 minutes.
Take off the IMM card.
Disconnect the IMM card battery.
Take off the PROM.
Wait 30 minutes.
Put back the PROM
Reconnect the battery
Put back IMM card

If don t work ask plrelectronics.com
