I was wondering if anyone could help me, I'm totally new to this and I bought a used
Toyota AD830, but I can't get it to communicate with my computer, I get an message that says RS32C connect error, could it be my windows version? i'm running XP, or maybe the cable? I even bought a new cable from radio shack. any help will be appreciated. thanks

I would get in touch with Pantograms. They sell these machines new and used.

I'm not sure about this but maybe you need an embroidery program instralled that would recognize the toyota. Pantograms is your best bet. Good luck.

I have an ESP9000, and it needs to flip a dip switch so it can do 2 way communication.
Also, the serial cable has two 9-pin D connectors at each end. One is marked for PC and the other to device.
I hope that helps a bit.
