Just serviced by Pantograms, June 2007. Excellent working condition.

Includes several hoops, hat driver and hat hoop, and metal cart with wheels.

Weighs about 200 lbs, easily handled by 2 people and loaded into van or truck

No, sorry. There's no software with it. I purchased it used, and did not get any.

I forgot to mention this machine has a card reader, so you can use any software, download to a 3.5 disk, and load to machine with that. Works GREAT!
