Transferred image is cracking

jr_sanford's picture

I printed some transfers using QCM's XLOB 159 Glacier White ink and using their powder adhesive. Cured (set) them at 320 for 25 seconds. They transferred well using cool peel paper. Upon examination of the transfer, it looked really good and I figured it would take an Exacto® knife to remove any of the image. It really looked like it was part of the fabric.

The customer brought back one of the sweatshirts showing me that one of the image transfers had cracks in it. I didn't quiz the customer about the care the sweatshirt had had. I'm just wondering if there might have been something I may have overlooked.

Any advice will be appreciated.
