I have called twice and talked to different folks at your company about getting a proposal on a couple of machines you have but have yet to receive a return call or proposal. Was told both times someone would get back with me later than day but still have not heard from anyone.

Hmm, the thing about this company is they make a lot of efforts advertising on this platform but fail at customer service. I requested a video of two machines I was interested in, it's been almost three months now, no response from them. I am shipping out of the States and cannot proceed with purchase if I don't see the machine running, don't know if am asking too much, but it's only fair to confirm the state of the machine. Travis and Kyle please take note and act accordingly, a small buyer today could turn out to be a major buyer in the years to come.
