I just had the machine repaired at DataStitch in Dallas, Texas.

I would still recommend taking it to someone and having it serviced just because I don't know when it was fully serviced last outside of me personally cleaning it inside and out. Then again, I would make the same recommendation to anyone looking to buy a used embroidery machine.

Asking $7800 to allow for $1000 dollars for you to pay to have the machine completely serviced and them some because DataStitch has the same machine for sale right now after being completely serviced for $8800.

Includes stand and I can even provide some training if necessary to the right buyer. Only reason I am selling the machine is because I have my eye on a 4 head embroidery machine.
