Vacuum Exposure Unit

For sale is an exposure unit for screen printing. The unit has a neoprene blanket that is attached to a 3CFM vacuum pump for strong and even compression to ensure sharp lines and half tones. There are nine 24" unfiltered black light bulbs for fast exposure and also two light safe yellow bulbs to allow for film alignment and film inspection without unwanted exposure. Exposure time with my emulsion was 3 minutes. The lights are controlled by a digital PID controller with times ranging from 1 second to 99 hours. The control panel allows you to independently control the vacuum pump, light safe bulbs, and exposure times. The exposure unit's stand is also an eight screen drying rack that can accommodate 20"X24" to 23"X31" or slightly larger frames and is mounted on locking casters to allow for mobility when needed. Together an exposure unit, light table, and drying cabinet of this quality would be thousands of dollars. I would like $850.
