Want to help me with vinyl cutting (youll make some money)

Since anyone failed to help me out with it via the sign making forms i'm going to post this right in here since its most viewed..

So im a wizz at screen printing.. but clearly uneducated at vinyl cutting.

So my shop will evenually offer vinyl decals and all that fun stuff...im just having trouble learning..
I know how to weed and all of that, im just having trouble getting my image out of the cutter!! haha.

I bought a cheaper cutter for now just to start off on, USCutter MH871, it came with a software called SignBlazer Elements..i have NO IDEA how to use it.. i tried contacting the company..OF COURSE they failed to get back to me...of course..
Could anyone help me finding a good software, im rather good with Adobe Photoshop could i cut though there? Give me some ideas!
