I'm looking to pick up an Exposure Unit.
I'd prefer a metal halide unit with a light integrator and a vacuum lid but I'd entertain other offers... must have a vacuum lid and single point light.
Closer to central Louisiana the better but if the deal is right I would be willing to travel or have it shipped.

Gilligan, I might have a 40-1K that I will soon be parting with. I am in Atlanta, but that's a fairly close drive. I would also buy you lunch...maybe.

Hi We have a Nuarc First Light, located in Fort Worth, Tx.
What do you mean by single point light?
Thanks
Re: WANTED, Exposure Unit, single point light source with a vacu
Not a first light.
Single point means a single light source (bulb) as opposed to the 4 or 5 tubes you have.
If you read up on it you will see that with tubes you get undercutting of the stencil because the light from the outer tube is about 75 degrees from the stencil on the far opposite end.

Still on the prowl.
Moving locations and need my current "setup" to remain where it is for another product I need UV for.

40 1K is a good unit. You can get a great exposure unit for cheap. Not a MH, but Mercury bulbs are much better than tubes. I use Photopolymer emulsion and expose screens in 60-90 sec range. Holding a 55 line without any issues (I did not try 60)

Yeah, I'd be down with that... just don't want a halogen one with a timer. I've seen them do great work but I really want something with an integrator.
