Does anyone else find the 3 car bay a little much for a 1600sqft 3bd 2bath home?

I need to move to TN houses are damn cheap down there! You can barely buy a lot for some of them prices here in CT

You could get 3 car garages here with homes as small as 1300 sq ft. I would love to have a 3 or 4 car garage. What trips me out being a cali boy is the lack of fencing in yalls parts.

Mike a lot of people from the West Coast Music and Entertainment biz are relocating here for that reason. Cost of living and quality of life.
