Wash Away Stabilizer

We've been using some wash away stabilizer which came with two used machines I purchased. Unfortunately the owner is deceased and I don't know what kind it is or where to get it.
It is heavier than AQUAFILM (hammer bros) and it is also TEXTURED (similar to plastic serving gloves). Because of the texture it is semi-opaque. (not clear like the AQUAFILM.)

It came in a plastic packet cut into approximate (not exact) 11" squares with an oil cloth square on top & bottom.

Does anyone know what it might be?
