I am also one of those taken by Alan Singer. Talks a good line, but does not deliver what he says.

I found Alan to be non-responsive to many phone calls placed to him in the past. You are correct, "he talks a good talk" but then disappears for weeks on end. What has been your experience lately? thanks!

I was also taken by Singer over a year ago. I purchased a printer off of his website, contacted them at least 6 times about the unit, had it shipped from Cali to NY and when it got here it was a totaly different machine. I mean NOT EVEN CLOSE. A large pile of junk. This thing was not even listed on his site. Live and learn I guess...
