What is the actual difference between RPM and Mustang??????

What is the actual difference between, the name, the paint, and the company representing them in the US. Just curious. There has been a ton of bang bang, boom boom, but let's hear what makes the Mustang better or more appealing than and RPM or vice versa. The RPM is obviously a machine to consider, Alan has the proof running every day. Obviously the Mustang is built in the same plant with the same parts, just labeled and painted different. Whats the actual difference? Play nice here, this is a legit question about two pieces of quality equipment.

Thanks

Hey I know Brandt we can go back and forward forever. you keep saying things I didnt say, was going to ring you (nicely and say HI!) but your website no phone number. Hey man, yeh 2M needs orders, they need to push out machines, but they are not big, they couldnt cope and wouldnt take on the scale of what others can pump out. Thats silly man, just apply some commonsense. I can say I like the people at 2M and their machine and RPM and MnR and not endorse Barnes, you keep trying to put words in mouths where there are none.
My phone number 0064021811154 in case you ever want to say Hi. Im not that bad a person!
BTW this thread is about the difference between RPM and Mustang, not what Brandt thinks about Barnes and Printex. Its alright, I got to go and do some work, mamoth day ahead, and I just lost a massive job I got to get back on board, with lower margin, Grrr, so dont have time to play the game online with you today, but call me or txt your number, Ill call you back and pay the call. Im curious. Gotta go now, Love you, xoxoxoxox.

LOL... I will say this, only thing that is repeated more than Brandt's comments is your comments about Brandt being "fed" this stuff to "copy and paste".

REALLY?! PW, that's the best you got?

You claim RIDICULOUS bs like that yet, you don't want to be lumped in with Barnes... well, stop talking like him!

Good luck with your sale.

You are right about the purpose of the thread.
Just to sum it up (literally), RPM has a great reputation for making a solid machine that is backed with solid support. This has been proven for years!

Mustang is a knockoff of the RPM that is represented/installed/serviced here in the United States Of America by a slime ball thief that has a proven track record for years!

Now the Mustang may be a great machine...just as good as the RPM, however, it will suffer here in the United States Of America because of the representation/installation/service of said thief.

Lastly, I think Mustang would do wonderful if it were represented/installed/serviced by you Printwizard as you appear to be a solid guy. I'm also certain that Mustang would do well here if it were represented by someone with better integrity than the said thief. Maybe someone like Alan, Spot Color Supply, Brandt (if he wanted to), etc.

Unfortunately for the 2m people who seem to NEED orders chose the wrong company/person the represent/install/service them. Their bad, and only their bad.

Other than that last fluff of a paragraph, same machine haha.
Have a good one!

Call any or all three people below to see how Robert Barnes took money from them without delivering equipment!

My web site doesn't list our phone number on purpose. We do 100% of our business over email.

However if one looks a little bit, my number isn't that hard to find.

I can't comment on any of the machines that have yet to be installed, but the only mechanical difference in the two mustangs currently in use and my press is the mustang uses proximity sensors and flags to control print length where the RPM uses an encoder within the printhead drive. No big deal either way. I love the encoder way but the proxi sensors work just as good and is as fast, just not as fancy.

The new mustangs were supposed to have a new print head control panel and servo lift but the first two did not. Maybe the next ones will have the additions that were being touted on the forums.

Inquiring minds wanna know!
You seem so serious, I would suggest that you
take a trip to Chicago, and find out and tell us!
I will be waiting!

Not sure they have ALL the same parts.

I might be mistaken but I think Alan's worked just fine right out of the "box". I heard his neighbor was not so lucky and had to have a bunch of parts changed right away.

When I first saw Alan's machine I was really impressed.

I opted out for another brand...but in the end was able to get a Mustang.

So far I love it...I am doing smaller jobs..learning the whole system.

One thing I received that Alan doesn't have is a spare parts kit.

My saleman was good on his word! :D

Prolly had to install them yourself even. Poor support from the word go I suspect.
