Wilcom DecoStudio e1.5 with security dongle. I have called and verified dongle status with Wilcom and have plugged this dongle into my computer and verified functionality. I have a picture but can't get it to upload, keeps giving me a database error.

So, are you having problems running the program? Have you had it working before?

I could not tell by your first post if you were selling the program or not. I guess it looks like you are now.

No problems with the program. I was referring to not being able to post a picture on this website because the website was giving a database error when trying to upload. No problems with the program itself.

Yes, I am selling the program.

Version Level?

Are you including Wilcom Issued Permanent Install and Access Code(s) as well as all Log In User/Password Data you currently use to access Wilcom Support?

If not, what is USB Security Key Number?
Will have to contact Wilcom to see what they are going to charge for Transfer of Ownership and to obtain Permanent Install / Access Codes, otherwise, it's just a temporary trial version one can get free anywhere.
Wilcom tells me the will only send a new owner the Permanent access codes weeks after their purchase, Owner must reinstall using Permanent Codes they exclusively issue via email to Owner, otherwise their software will time out.

Actual Version and Level is not listed in your posts, only Brand (Wilcom) and Name (e1.5) of Software Program: Wilcom Deco e1.5, that's not a Version Level.

Version Level is found in your installed e1.5 program under Properties. It's good indication for Buyer to know your specific promgrams' functionality, exactly what Uploads, fixes, etc. have been upgraded to Your specific program, what Operating System, Vista, XP etc.

Original Retail Box with CD, USB Key with a Valid Security Number is useless after the brief Time Out Period has lapsed.

Without your permanent access install codes and log on data, New Owner would be required to obtain same direct from Wilcom, paying Wilcom additional Thousands of Dollars to do so in order to use what they bought from you unless they know a highly skillled HACK.

Wilcom explains, it's their way of safeguarding their programs rights.
