A WORD ABOUT DANLILSADE - AERO-INC (BILL FOUST)

San Diego United States

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I recently had our Radicure heating element control panel go down. A tech suggested we replace the whole unit and pay nearly $500. Unfortunately the unit needed to be programmed and due to COVID we would have to wait.

I reached out to Aero-Inc, aka Danlilsade aka Seritech aka Bill Foust and spoke to Chris. Chris suggested I just replace some rubber gasket buttons and a new face plate. He sent out the parts and I had them right away!

My dryer is back up and running perfectly. Anyone who has a part issue should call these guys and save time and money.

Thank you @danlilsade!

Agreed. Bill is a great guy. He got me out of a pinch more than once with some fast equipment.

Another tip. I've brought one of these back to life by taking off the front gasket and repainting the inside of the contacts with a conductive paint pen.

Best in the Biz! They have helped me so many times I have lost count!

I would recommend a solid case of corona virus or many other things before I would personally recommend Bill for anything. PM me if you are actually thinking of sending anything to Bill. I’ll give you my honest story of how my dealings with him went. I had a press “reconditioned” with him.

DGSP7 sounds to me like the whiner we dealt with about 3 months ago that didn't want to pay for our services when we replaced the worn out center shaft bearings on his Sportsman that hadn't been lubricated. This machine had less than 500,000 impressions and had very poor preventative maintenance.

It took us slightly more than two months to get paid after one bogus promise of payment after another, with a slew of lame excuses. Finally this guy had his mommy call and beg us to take installments, (we do not offer terms) after telling Mama no regarding the installments, he got really upset and promised to smear us on this forum.

He seemed hugely upset about our paint touch work on his rusty head bars. We are not in the painting business, we are in the rebuilding business, getting the mechanicals right. We occasionally have to do some paint touch up and I have often said "if you want a professional repaint go to a body shop", paint definitely is not our strong suit. Repainting a machine is very time consuming (expensive) and new paint doesn't make the machine run better. By the way he wasn't charged for the touch up either.

We charged him less than 25% of what the manufacturer of the machine would have charged to do the same service we performed. The service was performed with a warranty and to date we have not had a single complaint on the mechanical work we did for this guy

There are lawyers involved now Bill. I sent my press to you to have the center shaft replaced to take the play out of the carousel. The M&R tech had to stop the install today because there is still the same amount of movement in it. Not to mention that you painted over rust and flaking paint that is already coming off. The real kicker here is the fact that you put a wire jumper across the terminals that made the safety systems of the press inoperable. It’s all documented and filed.

If you guys can do the painting then you should not have agreed to do it to begin with. I specifically paid you to do that as part of the original agreement.

You are lying about charging for the paint because I have it on your itemized invoice. You also came in over your original price for the work by $3500. Tell me where you cut me a deal?

You can spin this however you want to Bill but you did not do what I paid you to do. I recommended you to everyone and felt confident in you for almost 10 years. When you verbally assaulted a 65 year old woman we saw who you really are.

I now have a machine that I paid you a lot of money to refurbish that M&R is now seeming unusable. They won’t even finish the install on it because it’s good for parts now. You never would have heard from me again if you wailed have just done what you agreed to do and what I paid you to do.

It’s also I lie that I said I would smear you on this forum. I never once said a word about you on here until today. I never even went back and amended my old posts praising you on here but when M&R said my press was unusable today I felt I needed to put my opinion out there. Wanna try another lie though? Your earlier post is going to be great for me in court. I can do this all day. Why do you think I made you be so specific in your final invoice to me? I have my bases covered I assure you.

The way you should have approached this was to contact us if you have a complaint with our service. Why have we not be contacted? Our work is guaranteed on the invoice you sight. This is an uncalled for attack on our business and reputation. If this took place today, why not contact us?

The 65 year old attacked me verbally first and I am a 66 year man, so it only counts if you are woman?

Why a public slam?

Why not a phone call?

If you have a problem with our work we should the first to know and we should be given the opportunity to make things right without you broadcasting to the world.

This is a very sorry way to treat others, I always answer the phone. If you misprinted some shirts wouldn't you hope the client would ask you to make things right before slamming you on a public (industry) forum?

I have been posting on this forum for 13 years, selling machines for 27 years and in the industry for 44 years. I have had two issues with used machines in the 27 year period, that weren't handled properly. This is the second one, and for the life of me, I cannot figure out why we weren't contacted prior to this public assault.

We stand behind our work.

Sad to see this on a public forum!
I have known Bill Foust a lot of these years.
As a fellow equipment guy, I recommend people to Bill
All the time. Can deals go sideways? You bet! I think I would
Have to add a zero after Bill’s 2. I would also advise the other
Person, to be very careful listening to a tech that makes their
Living from new machine sales, and that has a fraction of Bill’s
Knowledge. Going to a Lawyer? You really are wanting to throw good
Money after bad. Lawyers really like to blow smoke up ones azz! A tech
Had better be very careful what he says. I put a lot of rubber on the road
Like Bill, and I just don’t hear problems, and believe me I would. He is
Also a nice guy! My suggestion would be to build bridges and not put up
Walls with Bill. He really is a fair and good dude! Keep it off the boards.

If you guys were in my boat right now I would bet money that you would do the same thing. When you are looking through the forums and see someone getting glaring reviews and you had done to you what was done to me you would post to. I gave my honest opinion like everyone else. Then Bill posts lie after lie to cover up what he did. You don’t deserve a phone call. The press had 1.5 million impressions on it not 500k. I didn’t pay the extra $3500 for the extra cleaning. It’s wrote on his invoice what he made that up for and it isn’t cleaning. I didn’t want to get lawyers involved either but this is bad. That is what I was informed to do by the people in my shop today. It will all come out eventually.

Just a bit of information to clarify this. The client is 35-40 miles away, he inspected the machine prior to removal and he picked it up in a rental truck.

It is beyond belief the first course of action is a public attack instead of a phone call. We send our technicians on local service calls occasionally, the press is well within our travel range.

Another message of support for Bill!
Bought an amazing used sportsman from him all the way from Montreal.
He flew in to meet me in philly to make sure the machine was as advertised, and to make sure we did the tear down right before transport.
Then he even setup a battery backup system in my trailer so we could keep the machine plugged in for our drive!
Class act
Would and will buy from him again!

You know damn good and well why I would never call you again Bill. You are the one that made this public. Go back in the post and look. I merely gave my personal opinion on a public message board in a post that is specifically giving reviews about you. I never mentioned our specifics until you made a post full of lies.

Don’t forget too that you hid in your office like a scared child when I came that day. Your guys said you wouldn’t come out.

This is now a threat. Who said anything about sharks? I only answered what you put out there. I never said you should be afraid of me and I never said anything that would be considered libelous. I have chosen the path that I’m taking for a specific reason. You are the one that got specific on here and brought this matter public. I only responded to your untrue statements. Your guys told me you were in your office that day. I’m not going to yell and scream at your employees. Those are a couple of wonderful guys you got there that any employer would be proud to have. You got one very generic bad review on a public page and you made this public. You could have said something generic and snarky back but you chose this route.

This in my opinion is not the correct way to resolve an issue. Whenever I hear threats of lawsuits slung around on an open forum out of the gate it always reflects poorly upon the person doing so in my eyes. Most people that's say that have never sued someone or been sued. I will tell you from experience that this type of case would not be emotionally or financially prudent to peruse legally. I know Bill and have purchased sizable amounts of equipment from him. Call him, let him fix it and move on to the next thing in your business that will make you money. Bill is well respected in the screen printing community and nothing good will come out of this. I have always found him to be a very direct and honest person and respect him for that, no need to try to tarnish a reputation built up over 30 years on a public forum, not a good look.

I had a great relationship with this man for a long time as well. It was never my plan for this to go this far in public but I had to respond to false statements when someone else presents them.

This is a public information board. That’s what makes this site so valuable to anyone in our industry. I posted my simple opinion on a forum dedicated to reviews of a certain person pertaining to business. I never even mention the business itself. I don’t tarnish a business and didn’t bring up the specific situation either. I only responded when false statements were made public about me. Now threats are being made publicly. I never even threatened to sue. The lawyers are there just for the communication and to keep everything civil and legal. No one on here would know any of this if he wouldn’t have brought it up publicly. Like I said he could have responded in a snarky generic way and none of this would be public.
