WTB Dryer

Houston, TX, United States

I am looking for a production level dryer, prefer gas but am somewhat flexible. Ideally would be 48" wide with 10-12 ft chamber. Needs to be in very good condition and readily available. Let me know what you have.

I've got one for sale. It's an older dryer but it will keep up with any dryer ever built. It will cure as many or more shirts per hour than the new dryers can of the same size. It's 48", 10' heat chamber and we run our auto at 1100 pieces an hour sometimes and the dryer has no problem keeping up with that pace. It is a simple machine once you get to know it and I have been told by the guy who knows these dryers better than anyone that it will literally last forever if you take care of it. You are in Houston and could come take a look at this thing while it's running and see what she's capable of. This dryer will be operating for a few more days before it's replaced with a much bigger dryer that we just bought. We are upgrading so we can run 2 autos and waterbased/discharge inks at a higher production level. Our dryer now will cure waterbase/discharge inks easily and at a production level much higher than other dryers the same size. You can print 300-400 shirts an hour with waterbase/discharge inks as we have it set up and you could up that level simply by changing the gas and radiant panel temperatures.

It's a damn good dryer and I want to see it go somewhere that is going to appreciate it and get many more years of service out of it.

Thanks for the quick reply. I will certainly keep this option open. I am replacing a unit that is 15 years old and really did not want to take on another in the same age grouping. Considering the age catagory I am in, I certainly understand that it can not be the sole determining factor of viability!
