We have purchased a 2000 4 head ZSK with 11 needle colors and we do not know how to assign the needles different colors. We want to know how to go into the software on the computer and we tell it what color and what needle.
Please let us two crazy ladies know for we have about went silly attempting to figure this out!! The former owner will not call us back either.

You and me both so when you find the solution, let me know. I tried Gabriel's suggestion and the machine still decided it's own order. You have the LCD controller or the TFT controller?
If you do figure it out and need another one I've got a 2006 ZSK large format single head with Wilcom V9 and the computer I'll sell to you.

the easiest way is to download the design in DSZ format. When you digitize, the color sequence you digitize will match the color sequence in machine, all you have to do is thread your machine accordingly.
