2009 Economax D Dryer

Just a fair warning on this dryer - I paid a deposit on it August 7th and it still hasn't shipped. Seller at Lone Star Awards & Graphics isn't responding to emails or returning calls so I've asked for a refund with no response.

Quick timeline:
August 6th - made offer and was accepted on dryer
August 7th - paid deposit and was emailing about shipping but communication stopped
August 9th - sent another two emails with no response
August 10th - sent another email asking about shipping info but no response
August 10th - called Lone Star Awards and left message requesting call back but no response.
August 12th - received email response that dryer was being crated and would be ready Wednesday (August 14th). Was told he would send crating dimensions on Wednesday when finished building crate.
August 17th - no word on dimensions so sent email asking for a refund of deposit because of lack of communication but no response.
August 17th - sent request via paypal for refund of deposit.
August 20th - sent correspondence through Lone Star's website form asking for refund but no response.
August 22nd - called and talked to someone at Lone Star, explained situation, was put on hold, told Richard was on other line so took my number and was told he would call but - no response.
