4 heads embroidery Wanted

Hi I am looking into buying a used in good conditions 4 heads embroidery machine if possible I will like it to be certify by a local technician if possible.
I will also consider 2 head machines, I want to do polo shirts and cpas with the machine, printer will have to be shipped to Miami Florida Crated and very well protected cost of crating I will cover.
My budget is a little limited I have a maximum of 4,000 dollars.
