I have a 4 head tajima, head 2 will not pick up the bobbin thread, and keeps breaking upper thread. Any ideas what to look for.

Several things come to mind but with it not picking up bobbin and breaking upper wuite possibly the hook is out of timing. Retiming the hook/needle relationship along with checking your hook for any burrs and polishing if needed should put the head back in operation.
