Brother PR-600 Cap Frame Problem

I have a cap driver system for my PR-600 and for the life of me I can't figure out why the machine won't read it being there.
Machine works great for everything else, but when I install the cap driver, it tells me to "Change To Big Frame". Not sure what that means. I've even went step by step just like in the manual and it still won't read the cap driver.
Anyone know what's wrong?

Also, is there anyone who knows about these machines and can work on them in the North Georgia Area?

Thanks! I have since found out that my sensor that was connected to the motherboard inside the machine was bad. It was replaced and now it works as it should.
Thanks for the help, though! Steve with sewingmachine.com took care of it for me and Larry Walden who is on the Brother PR-600 Group on Yahoo Groups helped me out also, so a big thank you to them!

Do you have all 4 screws tightened on the cap frame?

What is the size of the design you are trying to load? The cap driver on the 600
can only handle 2 inches tall and I think around 6-7 inches wide. Anything
bigger than that and it will tell you to load the larger frame.

Hopefully you have been able to get the problem resolved by now, but if not defitintely make sure all screws are tightened and if that does not fix it you may need to recalibrate your frame sizes. I have had to do this with two of my machines and is a very easy fix.
