Chenille Digitizing

I am having some hard time with digitizing with Chenille, Does anyone do any type of chenille digitizing to help me with STANDARDS, as I am new to this I do not know what the standard height or loop length or overlap is etc. It is pretty easy to do the digitizing of the logo itself or lettering but figuring out how good the pile looks is very hard. If you do not know how to do this can anyone point me in the right direction?

It's very easy once you understand the basics. I have been digitizing for several years now. Feel free to contact me and I'll see if In an help you.

do you know if there are any training videos on Chenille digitizing. I have Wilcom and the extra chenille added but don't know how to use it. I have purchased a new machine so I need someone to help me get started or I will hire someone to digitize to get me
past the first jobs.

It had been tough to get the Chenille done, until I had stumbled upon a valuable resource. I have done only 7 orders with them, but the quality has been outstanding on every single one. Having tried and failed (sometimes miserably) with multiple companies, I got a recommendation to use these guys. I would very highly recommend contacting Abcoln Fashions: http://abcoln.com, to have your problem solved with ease, and a good quality.

Feel free to mention Tiff referred you guys, if you prefer.
Good luck.
