Why aren't my ads on the forum showing thumbnails? What am I missing?:confused:

Thumbnails are created when the photos are uploaded to DS. Your ads are linking to photos from an external site so DS can't process them into thumbnails.
To upload photos to your existing ads:
Go to ad > Edit Post > Go Advanced > Manage Attachments
