Haven't had this happen in quite a few years... one of our larger clients sent a design back for an edit. Their embroiderer says we need to: "curve the design to be sewn on the front of a hat".
Thoughts?
to me we are obviously dealing with an inexperienced sales rep.... and possibly an embroiderer who would prefer to do the digitizing themselves or worse doesn't know what they are talking about either. yikes

Re: Curve Digitizing for Hat Front
If they're using a home machine, with the hat laid out flat, the curve would make it fit better.
Ask me how i know. Then please tell me how to put that curve in :)
