Custom labels for shirts, how do you get them de-tagged?

I print custom labels for people, but I don't have a way of doing tag removal, and I have a customer asking for this service. Any suggestions?

I am pretty sure I would like to outsource it. Right now I'm looking about about 600 American Apparel tags to remove.

We cut them out with very small scissors. We do american apparel tees all the time.
