Hi, I have a 2 head dahao the machine is not trimming at all. The knives are not moving even when i do a manual trim. From what I can see the bar that moves the knives is all the way back where it should be.
Any suggestions or can you please provide a link to a solution as I can't find anything.
Thanks in advance.
Re: Dahoa machine not trimming
Hi,
I have never owned a two head china machine but single heads. You should open up all covers from the machine and follow the bar of the knives to the motor that moves it. Try to move the motor manually. Most of the time there is a knop on the back of the motor to turn it. Is it moving?
Check all the cables to the motor. Are they connected? Is electricity arriving at the motor?
Do you receive any messages on the screen? Like Trim Error..
There is a small metal finger next to the motor that presses on a sensor. It needs to touch the sensor so that the system knows that the trimmer is in the correct position. The sensor should have an LED light that is glowing when the finger touches the sensor properly.
There can be many reasons for this problem...Try to work from the beginning cabels to the end (The knive) and see if you can find the problem
