The printer has only been used for one year. Nothing is wrong with this printer at all and will come ready to use. It still has 11 months on the factory warranty.
We are very experienced DTG printers and have 2 other DTG machines we still use. the reason for us selling this is that we are use to the older downgraded printers and have a lot of custom made platens for them that will not fit in this printer. So we do use it sometimes but it is not what we need for production of our custom products.
