Flex Fit caps

What I do is use fast frames, and sticky backing. I put the sticky backing on the round ended hoop and lay it on a piece of wood the same width as the hoop. Then I position the FlexFit hat on the hoop where I need it. To make sure it stays put, I then use small clamps to hold it in place around the edges. It works great.

Also, If you need to, you can split the sentence and put it in two lines with this method.

I would split the text into two lines, arch both lines and hoop with a fast frame. I position the hat on the frame while it is on the machine and use binder clips to secure when possible.
