Floppy to USB converter

Hi everyone.
Is anybody familiar or have had experience with the Floppy to USB converters for embroidery machines?
Pros and cons.
What is the difference?, I have seen them online from $29 all the way to $300.

my advice is plrelectronics.com USB net product.
is not 20$ is ten time more but you can thrust .
i used for Chinese and Tajima machines and are OK.
this device replace FDD and you can use an USB stik.
you have also many facilities .
you can read it on ww.plrelectronics.com

I believe the price is solely based on the market it is destined for.

Same devices (how many are truly manufactured?)

Sold for $40k embroidery machine (now worth $5k) = $250
Sold for $1k musical keyboard (now worth $300) = $25

I'd rather do trial and error with 3 or 4 $25 dollar ones than get it right at $250 (I'm willing to bet you'd get it right on first or second try.)

I'm in the market for a USB converter and have done a lot of research. Simply put, they work great! Plug and play and nothing to change or update in the software. It fools the computer into thinking it is still reading a floppy. But it's faster and reliable. I can't stand load errors with bad floppy disks.

What model did you end up using?
