Foil transfer contractor needed

Hello,

I am looking for someone who can turn around 13,000 shirts in 3 weeks or less. The breakdown is 8,000 mens tees and 5,000 womens tees. The mens will recieve a high back location with a 2"H x 4"W gold foil print and the womens will receive the same exact thing just on the sleeve. The tees are black American Apparel all sizes......short sleeve. We are in VT so it would be best if someone on the east coast or New England could do it. Thanks so much!
