I supply my cousin with all the customized items he needs for his Taco Shop. Now he's asking for my help to find him a food safety management for his shop. I'm not really familiar with this. Anyone from the food industry here? What reliable one do you use? Please help!

Re: Food Safety Management
I believe what your cousin is talking about is the food handlers licence restaurants are required to have. Someone on staff needs to get certified. I used a company called Safe Serve. All day class, couple hundred food safety questions on test. Good for five years, just signed up to get re-certified yesterday, costs about $125.

Re: Food Safety Management
He already found what he's looking for. He got a food safety management system from ETQ last Friday that has integrated tools for risk management, CAPA and audit management.
