Haina Embroidery Machine Chinese Co.

I am thinking about an embroidery machine made in China. It is called a Haina. Does anyone know if there is a tech in the US that can maintain this machine. If so please provide their company info. Thanks!

haina yes the famous haina embroidery also known as chinese.

how much is it?? honestly if the price was right id probABLY go for it. but you have to think about this. melco is made here they cant get it right. imagine a knock off of that. nightmare waiting to haPPEN.. that being said the mechanics are probably the same the computers are probably similar im sure a good tajima tech could fix mechanical, boards i dont know.

Be careful, I did buy chinese but have had great support out of miami, I have 3 ricomas, you should contact john at pacific coast distributors. He'll give you great support and knowledge. ricomaus.com is his web site. They have really upgraded these machines this year, the owner of ricoma use to work for tajima and he just brought in 3 engineers from barudan. Consider them before you buy. I hope you check on them before you make decision. hope this helps a lil. SUPPORT IS ONE OF YOUR MAIN THINGS TO THINK ABOUT. JIMMYG

Wow glad someone had good luck with Ricoma, Had my machine for 6 months and it still wont run. Ordered it thru a local dealer, Spoke to Ricoma about him to make sure he could service it they had nothing but great thing to say about him. When he came out to try to service it, he mentioned that it was the first time he touched one of the Ricoma machines. Ricoma was going to send someone to get it running, called us to find out where the nearest airport was, and never heard back from them. I learned the hard way find the nearest service tech and the brands of machines he services and buy a brand he can service. Save yourself the headache I have had. As JimmyG said SUPPORT IS THE ONE OF THE MAIN THINGS TO THINK ABOUT.

NO NO NO !!! I'm sure dangig will agree with me, STAY JAPANESE!!! Specifically Tajima or Barudan, SWF if you are strapped for cash and desperate. You will pay more! but it will be worth it!

definitely agree with Eric. Japanese is the way to go. tajima or barudan.. i have a barudan it went down for the first time in 8 years the other day! 8 years!!!!! come on you cant beat that. i see people who have machines for a month and theyre screwed up. stick to those brands. one of my tajimas is a 90! been down maybe 5 times since ive owned it, little problems. nothing major. and my 1999 tajima has never been down ..

Got ya beat! My 6 head Barudan is a 97' and the only thing I do is have it re-timed and a preventative maintenence done on it every summer. Still sews like the day I got it.

Hello, i own a 6 head Haina machine. I reside in Brooklyn new york. the machine is a good machine. I am actually learning to fix the machine on my own, through trail and error. We Have to get over the fear of these machines. They are only a computerized sewing machine. "Exactly computerized" if you have any knowledge about building computers. You realize inside of a computers is computer boards, mother boards, sounds cards video cards etc. well same with the embroidery machine, when open it is nothing but computerize boards and cards that does must of the functions. learn the parts, learn what makes what parts moves in the machine. then you will be able to fix certain problems. Learn the software, and error codes. And remember most embroidery machine use the DAHAO system. Need parts contact them directly especially the computerize parts, XYdrivers, mother boards, control panels etc.Now for the hardware parts. They are all mostly Tajima copy's, take the part out of the machine take up close pics, and contact some embroidery machine parts manufactures. Do a Google search you will find them. Here is one for example doublelin.net located out of shanghai. I say the Chinese brand are not that bad when you get over the fear of the machine. I use it to make money and also learn from the machine hence i am thinking about becoming a repair man, and make some extra money. I hope this help.
