I am sewing unstructured hats with 3 large letters...TGI and a tag line on the bottom with the full company name which sews fine. The T and the I are leaning inward at the top of the hat. What am I doing wrong?? It's sewing from the center out.

If the design is taller than 2.2" high then I would decrease the size so that it fits that size.
