Hi everyone....my dad gave me my mom's knitting machines and her embroidery machine, along with between 150 embroidery disks. I want to sell them, but I have no idea how to go about it, or find a local store that buys them. Any ideas? It seems like they're awfully heavy to sell on eBay because of the weight, shipping would be expensive...

craigslist is a great place to start. you could always list them on ebay as a pick-up only too. if its a good deal, people will drive for it. we drove from tennessee and got our machine in florida. you can also list it here on digitsmith.com under the classifieds.
