How to Convert BrotherDST Files to PES Files

Hi everyone,
I've recently started working with embroidery designs and have a question about file conversions. I own a Brother embroidery machine, and most of my designs are in the DST file format. However, I need to convert some of these files to the PES format for compatibility with other machines and software.
I've searched around but haven't found a clear answer. Does anyone know if the Brother machine can directly convert DST files to PES files? If so, could you provide some guidance or steps on how to do it?
Alternatively, if the machine itself doesn't support this conversion, what are the best methods or software tools available to perform this conversion accurately without losing any design quality?
