I am having much trouble with embroidery font on polo shirts. It seems that the lower case cursive "r" will get snagged to the back of the shirt. I am using 2 layers of allstitch classic backing and simple cursive font in 11 mm tall. I have finally tried adding to the column minimum. This works better in my sample but am afraid to ruin another shirt. ANy help from the pros?
thanks

Re: I need help with embroidery font
So its a stock font from your software, usually these are digitized already.
How big are you making the entire image?

I am adding it to a logo I need to keep it within 4.5 inches wide lettering
"Package Engineering" client likes the simple cursive font but it seems too many stitches in it.
Re: I need help with embroidery font
Although the choice of font seems appropriate but you may have to consider changing it. You must consult your clients and ask them if a different choice of font will be okay with them? Cursive writing may be a little tricky in some cases. Also try varying your font size the slightest bit. It may bring about a huge change. Good luck mate!
