Has anyone used Joyce Jagger's, the embroidery coach, training program or books? Would anyone recommend them? I have several needs for our small shop. I really want to do a time study but I am not sure the best way to set it up. We really need to re-evaluate our pricing. We could also use some basic embroidery tips and simple digitizing. For example I spent hours on trying to do 3 letters for a cap. I had the font but they wanted it outlined. I had to keep changing the pull compensation, density, etc. and I am still not happy with it (outline is not registered well with the letters). Has anyone had her or anyone else do a personal consultation for your shop? We also have screenprinting which is new for me and we really need to evaluate our pricing on that.

Re: Joyce Jagger's program
While I have not used her services personally, I can state that she is a well respected resource in the Embroidery industry so I would recommend talking to her on the phone and see what your gut tells you. I would rather use her or the resources she offers than some no-name person down the street... she has more to lose as far as reputation so I would think her thoughts would be more helpful to you.
